Situated at 602 Main St, this delightful spot has quickly become a beloved destination for both locals and visitors seeking authentic, home-cooked flavors served with genuine warmth.
At Lola Letty’s Kitchen, the star attraction is undoubtedly the Sampler Box—an inviting collection of six exquisite dishes that offer a wonderful introduction to Filipino cuisine. Imagine savoring perfectly tender pork and chicken adobo, the savory depth of pancit noodles, the irresistible crunch of golden lumpia spring rolls filled with seasoned ground pork and garden-fresh vegetables, succulent BBQ pork sticks glazing your palate with smoky sweetness, and flawlessly fried chicken boasting a crisp golden exterior and juicy interior. Each bite dances with comforting, layered flavors that celebrate tradition without overwhelming heat, making it an ideal choice for anyone new to Filipino dishes.
The sensory experience extends beyond taste. The sampler bursts with enticing aromas that tease your senses right from the moment you open the box—Doug Easterbrook describes it as “pure bliss” and admits to the irresistible temptation of diving into the feast during the drive home. The food matters here, but equally important are the people behind the scenes. Customers repeatedly praise the friendly, warm-hearted staff who infuse every interaction with heartfelt hospitality, ensuring a truly personal dining experience, even from the convenience of takeout.
Customers often highlight the tender adobo as a nostalgic trip down memory lane, while the fried chicken stands out for its golden crispiness and juicy succulence—both rivaling some of the best around. The pork BBQ sticks vibrate with flavor, and the lumpia offers a delightful crunch paired with just the right touch of sweetness from the chili sauce. For those who crave a sampler’s variety, the box meticulously balances each flavor and texture, striking a perfect harmony that invites you to explore and savor.
Beyond the mains, don’t skip the desserts. Loyal guests like Doug and Kyla Fabale enthusiastically recommend indulging in their tart and fresh-sweet treats that round off the meal beautifully—an unexpected but welcome highlight that leaves a lasting impression.

Accidentally Found a Hidden Gem of Filipino Cuisine at SIMCOE While visiting Simcoe, Ontario, near the shores of Lake Erie, I accidentally stumbled upon a brand new Filipino restaurant called Lola Letty’s Kitchen—and what an amazing discovery! I live in Kitchener, so this was totally unexpected, but it turned out to be a true hidden gem. We started with the sampler platter just to try things out, and added the bibingka for dessert. Every dish on the platter was delicious and full of authentic Filipino flavor, and the bibingka was soft, fragrant, and just the right touch of sweetness. It left such a great impression that we immediately placed a full order. We got two packs of pork adobo, pancit, fried chicken, and 9 rolls of lumpia—and every single item was amazing! The pork adobo was rich and tender, the lumpia was golden and crispy, and the fried chicken was perfectly seasoned with a satisfying crunch. But the pancit deserves a special mention—it was absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and not dry at all, which is exactly how I’ve always wished pancit would be. It honestly blew me away—you just can’t compare the taste! Lola Letty’s Kitchen is a must-visit. Whether you're local to Simcoe or just passing through like we were, do yourself a favor and check out this hidden gem. I’ll definitely be making the drive from Kitchener again! From Lola Letty’s Kitchen driving all the way to Kitchener 1hour driving all that we've ordered are still great. Lumpia and chicken are still crunchy and that's amazing. Salute to the Chefs

So I have went Lola Letty's Kitchen and let me tell you some of the best take out food around. The fried chicken was crispy and juicy some of the best I ever had. The pork sticks were excellent tons of flavour. The springs rolls were good too. I would recommend this place to anybody. Great people very friendly and food is amazing. Don’t hesitate to stop here. These people know how to cook good food.

We drove over from Brampton to Port Dover to try this since our last weekend there we missed them and they were closed! I just need to say, the drive was completely worth it. Such amazing delicious food (we tried the sampler box) I enjoyed everything and will definitely be back! It’s well worth it. Everything is fresh and made to order and Becky recommended their new desert and well…. Words can’t describe how delicious it was. This small business is worth the visit and honestly where I will be eating when we drive up to Port Dover again thank you Lola Letty!

A taste from my childhood. The food was amazing and everything I hoped it to be. We had the sampler, extra pancit, BBQ, and lumpia. Nothing disappointed! I waited a couple months to go here since it is in Port Dover and we are 45mins away. The adobo was tender! Fried chicken and lumpia, crispy! Bbq, yummy! I definitely recommend stopping by here if you're in the area!
